To manage all payroll related activities including the monthly payroll processing payroll entries i e new employees salary adjustments deductions terminations leaves and preparing payroll related reports Job role also requires the ability to develop and maintain data gathering tools and databases support the annual salary review and incentive payment process and ensure that company policies conform to the Kuwait labor law
