About the Role:
Your collaboration with engineers, product managers, customer service teams, and end-users is key to crafting and enhancing our documentation.
You will take the lead in articulating new products and features, shaping the content landscape for a product that touches millions of lives every day. Develop and refine product guides in line with organizational standards, covering everything from help content to technical and product documentation.
Engage with content authorities and project leads to simplifying complex product details into practical and precise documentation.
Liaise extensively with teams across product, engineering, and customer service to detail the usage of new features for both technical and layperson audiences.
Qualifications
Demonstrated background in technical writing, ideally within the software sector.
Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication, with an attention to precision.
High technical proficiency and a quick learner of intricate technical subjects.
Skilled in the use of documentation software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Markdown, Adobe FrameMaker, or equivalents.
Experience with version control systems (like Git) and documentation platforms (such as Notion) is advantageous.
Capable of autonomous and effective work in a remote setting.
Previous involvement in the risk management, artificial intelligence, or financial technology sectors is valued but not mandatory.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
