We are currently seeking a motivated Retention Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing fintech company.
Tasks in the Role:
Creating and editing engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials;
Developing and executing strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty;
Analyzing customer data to identify retention opportunities;
Creating targeted marketing campaigns and communications for existing customers;
Collaborating with teams to implement retention-focused initiatives;

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Copywriter/Retention Marketing Manager with a strong portfolio;
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills;

English and Russian language proficiency.
