We are seeking a skilled and versatile Photographer to join our Creative Team. As the Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering imagery of daily content, menu, ambiance, events, and unique experiences offered across our diverse portfolio of restaurants, ranging from fast to premium. Your photography skills will be crucial in creating visually impactful content specifically tailored for social media, advertising, and promotional use. You will be expected to seamlessly transition between professional camera and smartphone photography to effectively convey our brand visions across various digital channels. Moreover, image processing and post-production expertise are essential, as you will be responsible for enhancing and retouching images before handing them over to other teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to understand the visual requirements and objectives for each concept within our portfolio.
Capture high-quality and visually appealing images that showcase finished food dishes, menus, food preparation processes, restaurant ambiance, events, and pop-up experiences and daily content.
Utilize a combination of professional cameras and smartphone photography to adapt to the unique requirements of each concept and setting.
Travel to various locations to conduct on-site photoshoots, ensuring consistency in lighting, composition, and quality.
Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal, ensuring color accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Work with the creative tand marketing teams to develop concepts and shot lists for specific photography projects, campaigns, and promotions.
Organize and manage digital image files, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and accessibility for the creative and marketing teams.
Adapt to the diverse styles and atmospheres of fast food, casual dining, and premium restaurant settings while maintaining brand identity.
Have the ability to style dishes and surroundings for photoshoots with the support of culinary teams.
Stay informed about photography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually enhance the quality and impact of photography.
Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing visual content ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns.
Provide input and suggestions for improving visual content strategies and brand representation.
Skills
Proficiency in photography equipment and software, including DSLR cameras, lighting, Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop), and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of photography principles, composition, and lighting techniques.
Experience in editing and retouching images to meet professional standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to various restaurant settings and requirements.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple photography projects, locations, and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with culinary teams, restaurant staff, and cross-functional teams.
