KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- الاستعداد للسفر داخل مواقع العملاء الصحراوية ومراكز التجمع في الكويت لمتطلبات العمل.
- دبلوم في المواد التقنية (BTEC، NVQ، HND وما إلى ذلك).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في عمليات مراكز تجميع النفط والغاز، وخبرة في العمل مع كبرى شركات النفط والغاز العالمية.
- خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تقديم التدريب الفني وتقييمه في الفصول الدراسية والتدريب في مكان العمل OJT.
- الخبرة السابقة في تطوير ومراجعة وتحديث المواد التدريبية والمناهج الدراسية.
- رخصة القيادة الحالية.
- خبرة في العمل لدى كبرى شركات النفط والغاز.
أخصائي - التعلم والتطوير
المهام الأساسية:
- تقديم المشورة بشأن جميع قضايا التعلم والتطوير وقضايا الكفاءة وأنظمة التعلم وما إلى ذلك.
- اعمل مع متخصصي الانضباط والعملاء من الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لمراجعة وتحديث أطر الكفاءة وأدوات التعلم وخيارات التعلم وكتالوجات الدورات التدريبية والمناهج الدراسية، بما يتماشى مع المتطلبات الميدانية.
- دمج مناهج أفضل الممارسات، ومقارنتها بالشركات الأولمبية الوطنية واللجنة الأولمبية الدولية الأخرى.
- قيادة ترشيد طرق التسليم المتاحة وعناوين التعلم.
- مراجعة برنامج الفني والخريجين وتحديثه وتنفيذه.
- تنفيذ أنظمة وأساليب ضمان جودة التدريب والكفاءة.
- - مسؤول عن التوصية بمبادرات التعلم الجديدة وتنفيذها.
- مبادرات تتبع الكفاءة وتتبع التعلم.
- العمل مع مبادرات التعلم المؤسسي من خلال T&CD وKPC.
