Position Title
Lead Planning/ Schedule Engineer
Primary objective
To proactively support the Project by managing the planning process and planning personnel and their activities across the organisation
To assist and support the Project Controls Manager and Planning Department Head in managing the Project Schedule and ensure the client gains maximum business benefits from that mechanism
Provide planning expertise and assist the project with their project planning activities
Mandatory Requirements
Must have Bachelor in Engineering
Must have minimum 5 years total post graduation experience
Must have minimum 5 years post graduation experience in oil and gas projects
Must have minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
Must have Must have at least 5 years hands on experience in Planning.
Must have minimum 2 years experience in Planning Software like Primavera, MS Project
Specific Accountabilities
Supervise the planning function during design and/or construction stages of assigned project/projects.
Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance
Carry out work in accordance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems
To manage the Planning Team to deliver a complete Planning/Scheduling service to the Organization
Supervise and direct all activities of the Planning Focal Point and the Planning Engineers.
Work directly with the clients UEV Cost & Planning to ensure the Planning processes, procedures and systems are implemented and subject to continuous improvement reviews.
Prepare weekly /monthly reports as required, and analyse contractors reports
Manage the appropriate activities and process to ensure the preparation of Assets and that Shutdown plans are carried out in a consistent and accurate manner
Liaise with the Engineering Manager , Construction Manager, Operations Development and Asset Focal Points to ensure the planning process accurately reflects the work scopes and requirements of the managers
Schedule all HSE issues relevant HSE plan activities
Liaise with the Management Team on all relevant cost and planning issue
Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for project management and client review.
Supervise and develop other planning and specialist support staff at home and/or field office locations.
Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyse the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorisation process

توفير الخبرة في التخطيط ومساعدة المشروع في أنشطة تخطيط المشروع
متطلبات الزامية
يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على بكالوريوس في الهندسة
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التخرج
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التخرج في مشاريع النفط والغاز
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دور مماثل
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التخطيط.
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في برامج التخطيط مثل Primavera وMS Project
المسؤوليات المحددة
الإشراف على وظيفة التخطيط أثناء مراحل التصميم و/أو البناء للمشروع/المشاريع المعينة.
مسؤول عن تقييم فعالية ممارسات وأنظمة العمل بهدف التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والأداء الشخصي والجماعي
تنفيذ العمل وفقًا لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة
لإدارة فريق التخطيط لتقديم خدمة التخطيط/الجدولة كاملة للمنظمة
الإشراف على وتوجيه جميع أنشطة مركز تنسيق التخطيط ومهندسي التخطيط.
العمل مباشرة مع عملاء UEV للتكلفة والتخطيط لضمان تنفيذ عمليات التخطيط والإجراءات والأنظمة وإخضاعها لمراجعات التحسين المستمر.
إعداد التقارير الأسبوعية / الشهرية كما هو مطلوب، وتحليل تقارير المقاولين
إدارة الأنشطة والعمليات المناسبة لضمان إعداد الأصول وتنفيذ خطط إيقاف التشغيل بطريقة متسقة ودقيقة
الاتصال بمدير الهندسة ومدير البناء وتطوير العمليات ونقاط الاتصال للأصول للتأكد من أن عملية التخطيط تعكس بدقة نطاقات العمل ومتطلبات المديرين
جدولة جميع مشكلات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وأنشطة خطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة
- الاتصال بفريق الإدارة بشأن جميع قضايا التكلفة والتخطيط ذات الصلة
قم بإعداد تقارير الحالة والتنبؤات المنتظمة لإدارة المشروع ومراجعة العميل.
الإشراف على وتطوير موظفي التخطيط والدعم المتخصصين الآخرين في المنزل و/أو مواقع المكاتب الميدانية.
