Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Senior Call Center Officer. The Senior Call Center Officer will be responsible for overseeing the call center, training and coaching call center staff, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining the quality of customer service. This role requires the Senior Call Center Officer to handle a high-volume of calls, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure the call center operates efficiently.
Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing and leading a team in a Contact Center role
Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office and database software
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
