Position Objective
The Sales Associate is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. The role includes performing various operational duties such as store maintenance and ensuring compliance with visual merchandising standards under the supervision of the store manager or assistant store manager. This position requires an active, friendly personality capable of interacting with different customers while adhering to the company’s values and policies.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that best meet their needs.
Convert window shoppers into loyal buyers through excellent persuasion skills.
Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales and sustainable revenue growth.
Deliver customer service according to the highest standards using the company’s GUEST approach (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
Stay updated on the latest product and brand knowledge within the group to provide smart and relevant suggestions.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance that positively reflects the company image.
Be flexible to work extended hours during sales seasons and special promotions to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate product knowledge and minimize stock loss through careful and regular handling.
Merchandise:
Organize and display merchandise attractively according to the company’s visual merchandising guidelines.
Strictly adhere to visual merchandising instructions and stock clearance rules, especially during sales periods.
Accurately record all inventory inward and outward transactions and maintain necessary reports.
Efficiently manage sales and cash handling through POS systems with professionalism.
Ensure correct issuance of receipts, refunds, and exchanges, handling all transactions smoothly.
Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, and discounts accurately and securely.
Maintain vigilance at all times to ensure store security and product safety, complying with security policies.
Be flexible with working shifts and overtime as per business needs.
Maintain confidentiality of sales data and internal company information.

يتحمل مندوب المبيعات مسؤولية تمثيل العلامة التجارية بأفضل صورة ممكنة من خلال زيادة وتحقيق المبيعات داخل المتجر عبر تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية وتجربة بيع مميزة. يتضمن الدور تنفيذ مجموعة من المهام التشغيلية اليومية مثل صيانة المتجر والتأكد من تطبيق معايير العرض البصري بشكل مثالي، وذلك تحت إشراف مدير المتجر أو مساعده. هذه الوظيفة تتطلب شخصية نشطة، ودودة، وقادرة على التعامل مع مختلف العملاء، مع الالتزام بقيم الشركة وسياساتها.

المسؤوليات الأساسية
خدمة العملاء:
استقبال العملاء بحرارة والترحيب بهم ومساعدتهم في اختيار المنتجات التي تلبي احتياجاتهم بشكل دقيق.
تحويل الزوار والمتسوقين إلى مشترين دائمين من خلال مهارات إقناع متميزة.
الترويج لبرنامج ولاء عملاء Club Apparel لتعزيز معدل تكرار الشراء وتحقيق مبيعات مستدامة.
تقديم خدمة عملاء وفق أعلى المعايير والمعروفة بإطار عمل (GUEST – تحية، فهم، شرح، بيع، شكر).
متابعة آخر المستجدات والتحديثات المتعلقة بالمنتجات والعلامات التجارية داخل المجموعة لتقديم اقتراحات ذكية ومناسبة.
المحافظة على مظهر أنيق واحترافي يعكس صورة الشركة بشكل إيجابي.
القدرة على العمل لساعات إضافية خلال فترات التخفيضات والمواسم الخاصة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
الحفاظ على دقة معرفة المنتجات وتقليل فقدان المخزون من خلال التعامل الحذر والمنتظم.
المنتجات والمعروضات:
تنظيم وترتيب المنتجات والمخزون داخل المتجر بطريقة جذابة تتماشى مع معايير العرض البصري المعتمدة من الشركة.
الالتزام الصارم بتعليمات العرض البصري وقواعد إدارة المخزون، خاصة خلال فترات التخفيضات والتصفية.
تسجيل كافة عمليات استلام وإصدار المخزون بدقة والحفاظ على التقارير اللازمة لذلك.
إدارة عمليات البيع والنقد بكفاءة عالية عبر التعامل مع أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) بطريقة احترافية.
التأكد من صحة إصدار الفواتير والإيصالات والتعامل السلس مع عمليات الاسترداد والتبديل.
معالجة المدفوعات النقدية، بطاقات الائتمان، القسائم، والخصومات بطريقة دقيقة وآمنة.
اليقظة المستمرة لضمان أمن المتجر وسلامة المنتجات وعدم التهاون في تطبيق إجراءات الحماية والسياسات الأمنية.
الالتزام بالمرونة في ساعات العمل، بما يشمل التناوب بين النوبات والعمل الإضافي حسب متطلبات العمل.
الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقة بالمبيعات والسياسات الداخلية.
