Position: Senior Interior Designer (Lighting Specialization)
Responsibilities include educating and advising customers on the best lighting designs and products according to their venue requirements
Selling products and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout and after the purchase process
Leading the creative direction of interior design projects from concept to execution
Developing design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space plans reflecting project goals and brand identity
Ensuring all design proposals meet functionality, safety, and aesthetic standards
Providing design guidance and mentorship to junior designers and 3D visualizers
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and lighting designers to ensure design accuracy
Conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and maintain quality control
Attending client meetings to present concepts, gather feedback, and maintain project alignment
Ensuring client requirements are clearly translated into design deliverables
