Details
📍 Location: International (Projects primarily in the Gulf, including Kuwait)
📅 Start Date: September
📝 Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
8+ years' experience managing large-scale construction projects (preferably in the GCC)
Expertise in site operations, stakeholder coordination, and project lifecycle management
Experience in TBM (Tunnel Boring Machines) and micro tunnelling is a strong advantage
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local authority compliance
Skilled in Primavera P6 or MS Project
Strong communication, leadership, and risk management skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع إنشائية كبرى، ويفضل في دول الخليج
قدرة مثبتة على إدارة العمليات المعقدة وتنسيق العمل بين أصحاب المصلحة
خبرة في أنظمة حفر الأنفاق TBM والأنفاق الدقيقة (Micro Tunnelling) تعتبر ميزة كبيرة
معرفة بعقود FIDIC والامتثال للوائح المحلية
إجادة أدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل Primavera P6 أو MS Project
مهارات عالية في القيادة والتواصل واتخاذ القرار
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
