Abroad Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. International Logistics Management:

• · Coordinate and oversee international shipping and logistics operations.
• · Collaborate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• · Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues or delays.

2. Supply Chain Coordination:

• · Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory management across international warehouses.
• · Coordinate the replenishment and distribution of products to meet demand in different regions.
• · Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

3. Compliance and Documentation:↚  

• · Ensure compliance with all relevant international import and export regulations.
• · Manage and maintain accurate records of all international shipments, customs documentation, and permits.
• · Stay updated on any changes in international trade laws and regulations to ensure smooth operations.

4. Vendor Management:

• · Collaborate with international suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely product sourcing.
• · Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate favorable terms and pricing for products and services.
• · Assist in identifying and onboarding new international vendors to expand our product range.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• · Provide support and guidance to regional teams to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• · Share insights and recommendations to improve international operations and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field.
• - Proven experience in international operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• - Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Proficiency in using software and tools related to logistics and supply chain management.
• - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing e-commerce environment.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

المسؤوليات:

1. إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية الدولية:

• · تنسيق والإشراف على عمليات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية الدولية.
• · التعاون مع شركات الشحن وشركات الشحن ووكلاء الجمارك لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المناسب وبتكلفة فعالة.
• · مراقبة جداول الشحن وتتبع الشحنات وحل أي مشاكل أو تأخيرات في التسليم.

2. تنسيق سلسلة التوريد:

• · العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق المستودع لضمان إدارة المخزون بكفاءة عبر المستودعات الدولية.
• · تنسيق عملية تجديد وتوزيع المنتجات لتلبية الطلب في المناطق المختلفة.
• · تحسين عمليات سلسلة التوريد لتقليل التكاليف وتعظيم الكفاءة.

3. الامتثال والتوثيق:

• · ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح الدولية ذات الصلة بالاستيراد والتصدير.
• · إدارة وصيانة السجلات الدقيقة لجميع الشحنات الدولية والوثائق الجمركية والتصاريح.
• · البقاء على اطلاع دائم على أي تغييرات في قوانين وأنظمة التجارة الدولية لضمان العمليات السلسة.

4. إدارة البائعين:

• · التعاون مع الموردين والبائعين الدوليين للحفاظ على علاقات قوية وضمان الحصول على المنتجات في الوقت المناسب.
• · تقييم أداء البائعين والتفاوض على الشروط والأسعار المناسبة للمنتجات والخدمات.
• · المساعدة في تحديد البائعين الدوليين الجدد وضمهم إلينا لتوسيع نطاق منتجاتنا.

5. التعاون بين الوظائف:

• · تقديم الدعم والتوجيه للفرق الإقليمية لضمان عمليات متسقة وفعالة.

المؤهلات:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.

• - الإلمام بأنظمة التجارة الدولية وإجراءات الجمارك.
• - مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
• - قدرات تنظيمية ومهارات متعددة ممتازة.
• - مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
• - الكفاءة في استخدام البرامج والأدوات المتعلقة بالخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة سلسلة التوريد.
• - القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة التجارة الإلكترونية سريعة الوتيرة والمتغيرة باستمرار.
• - القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني ضمن الفريق.
