Requirements

Reception Sales Executive

• Prior experience in reception or front-desk sales, preferably HVAC or marine cooling

• Strong product knowledge, especially marine coolers and spare parts

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (fluency required)

• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)

• Age below 35 preferred

• Priority to Arab nationals

• Ready for immediate joining

Senior Accountant (Indians Only)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred

• 5–7 years’ experience in engineering or project-based industries

• Experience with audits, banking, payroll, and ERP systems

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license

• Immediate availability

Responsibilities

Reception Sales Executive

• Handle walk-in clients, inquiries, quotations, and sales follow-up

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams

• Maintain proper documentation and customer service standards

Senior Accountant

• Manage financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and forecasting

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and audit compliance

• Improve ERP and accounting software usage

• Develop SOPs for financial processes

محاسب أول (للهنديين فقط)

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية؛ شهادة CPA/CA مفضلة

• خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في الصناعات الهندسية أو المشاريع

• خبرة في التدقيق، البنوك، الرواتب، وأنظمة ERP

• رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية

• التوفر الفوري

المسؤوليات

موظف استقبال مبيعات

• التعامل مع العملاء الواصلين، الاستفسارات، عروض الأسعار، ومتابعة المبيعات

• التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والفنية

• الحفاظ على الوثائق ومستوى خدمة العملاء

محاسب أول

• إدارة التقارير المالية، المحاسبة، الميزانيات، والتوقعات

• التعامل مع الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة والامتثال للتدقيق

• تحسين استخدام أنظمة ERP والبرامج المحاسبية

• تطوير إجراءات تشغيل مالية موحدة
