In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with product recommendations, technical support, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and keeping the store organized.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product information and recommendations related to automotive accessories.

Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly.

Maintain product displays and keep the store clean and organized.

Assist with inventory management, including restocking and performing inventory counts.

Qualifications

Male candidates aged 25-35 years old.

Fluent in Arabic.

Must be currently residing in Kuwait.

High school diploma or equivalent (Additional education in automotive technology or business is a plus).

Previous experience in sales customer service (preferably in automotive or related industries).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

كجزء من الفريق، ستكون أول نقطة اتصال للعملاء، حيث تقدم لهم توصيات حول المنتجات، وتقديم الدعم الفني، وضمان تجربة تسوق سلسة وإيجابية. ستكون مسؤولًا عن التعامل مع الاستفسارات، ومعالجة الطلبات، وحل المشكلات، وتنظيم المتجر.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الشروط

الطلاقة في اللغة العربية.
