Support & Implementation Engineer
This full-time role involves providing high-level technical support and implementation services both onsite and remotely. The Support & Implementation Engineer will be responsible for implementing enterprise solutions and providing support for incidents and issues across various technical environments. This role requires close collaboration with other support and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and install solutions on customer infrastructure platforms.
• Work both onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues at various implementation layers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and tickets.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits.
• Perform any other duties as required related to work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours when necessary.
• Experience with database engines (Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and MS Windows).
• Developed knowledge of cloud infrastructure orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, HashiCorp Nomad).
• Experience working with application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere).
• Knowledge of DevOps techniques (CI/CD, Helm, Ansible).
• Understanding of directory services (AD & LDAP).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Initiative, self-management, time management, and result-oriented.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in large enterprise environments with an emphasis on payments and remittance solutions.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Storage, and Network Infrastructure.
• Experience with High Availability & Disaster Recovery, Backup & Recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with PKI Infrastructure and Certificate Authorities.
• Knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux distributions and MS Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Object Storage management.
• Knowledge of Security Authentication and Authorization Solutions (e.g., HashiCorp Vault and Keycloak).
• Understanding of Cloud-based Solutions Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, IBM).

Support & Implementation Engineer

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ وتثبيت الحلول على منصات البنية التحتية للعملاء.
• العمل في الموقع وعن بُعد لحل مشكلات العملاء وتشخيصها عبر طبقات التنفيذ المختلفة.
• الرد بسرعة وباحتراف على طلبات العملاء والتذاكر.
• إعداد ومراجعة وضمان دقة الوثائق الفنية.
• إجراء زيارات صيانة وقائية وتصحيحية.
• أداء أي مهام أخرى تتعلق بالعمل.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الهندسة أو علوم الحاسب أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال مشابه.
• الاستعداد للسفر والعمل لساعات إضافية عند الحاجة.
• خبرة في محركات قواعد البيانات (Oracle، MS-SQL، PostgreSQL).
• معرفة بأنظمة التشغيل (Linux و MS Windows).
• معرفة متطورة في أدوات تنسيق البنية التحتية السحابية (مثل Kubernetes، HashiCorp Nomad).
• خبرة في العمل مع خوادم التطبيقات (مثل Apache Tomcat، Oracle WebLogic، IBM WebSphere).
• معرفة بتقنيات DevOps (CI/CD، Helm، Ansible).
