Sales Customer Service

Job Summary: 

• Sales Associate, automotive, you will be our customer's first point of contact, providing knowledgeable assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• You will engage with customers in-store and through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and technical support for automotive accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts.

Qualifications:

• Male candidates aged 25-35 years old.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى والتعامل مع مهام متعددة.
• المهارات الأساسية في استخدام الكمبيوتر والمعرفة بأنظمة نقاط البيع.
