IT Specialist/System Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Ø FortiGate Firewall
- Ø Switch and router
- Ø networked servers, Domain Server, ADS, application server, webserver, SSL, hyper v Machines.
- Ø Synology NAS storage,
- Ø User machine hardware and software troubleshooting and other IT system support for user clients.
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 administration and outlook.
- Basic Knowledge in SQL data Base.
- Check and validate software, applications, Domains and host server.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of different types of connectivity systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Maintain system changes and updates.
- Maintain and manage the Data backup. ↚
- Knowledge and experience in Network, shared printer config. And management.
- Knowledge and experience in website design and modification management.
- Knowledge and experience in Xontel VOIP Telephone system is an advantage.
- Knowledge to manage CCTV and Attendance time machine.
- Knowledge and experience in apple and android devices.
Requirements of the IT Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
- Microsoft Server administration certificate( MCSA/MCSE/ ..) and CCNA Router and Switch Certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT System Server, Network, user support.
- environment (Firewall, Switch, Windows, Linux servers, Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, ADS, VPN).
- Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) advantageous.
- Strong understanding of IT security and data protection and backup best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

أخصائي تكنولوجيا المعلومات/مسؤول النظام
المهام والمسؤوليات:-
- Ø جدار حماية فورتي جيت
- Ø التبديل والموجه
- Ø الخوادم المتصلة بالشبكة، خادم المجال، ADS، خادم التطبيقات، خادم الويب، SSL، أجهزة Hyper V.
- Ø تخزين Synology NAS،
- Ø استكشاف أخطاء أجهزة وبرامج أجهزة المستخدم وإصلاحها ودعم أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأخرى لعملاء المستخدم.
- المعرفة بإدارة Microsoft 365 و Outlook.
- المعرفة الأساسية في قاعدة بيانات SQL.
- التحقق من صحة البرامج والتطبيقات والمجالات وخادم المضيف.
- تكوين واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لأنواع مختلفة من أنظمة الاتصال.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بأجهزة الكمبيوتر المكتبية وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة والطابعات والأجهزة الطرفية الأخرى.
- الحفاظ على تغييرات وتحديثات النظام.
- صيانة وإدارة النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات.
- المعرفة والخبرة في الشبكات وتكوين وإدارة الطابعات المشتركة.
- المعرفة والخبرة في تصميم المواقع وإدارة التعديل عليها. ↚
- المعرفة والخبرة في نظام الهاتف Xontel VOIP هي ميزة.
- المعرفة بإدارة كاميرات المراقبة وآلات تسجيل الحضور والانصراف.
- المعرفة والخبرة في أجهزة Apple و Android.
متطلبات أخصائي تكنولوجيا المعلومات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادة إدارة خادم Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE/ ..) وشهادة CCNA Router and Switch.
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال أنظمة الخادم والشبكات ودعم المستخدمين.
- البيئة (جدار الحماية، التبديل، Windows، خوادم Linux، الشبكات، TCP/IP، DNS، ADS، VPN).
- خبرة في التعامل مع منصات المحاكاة الافتراضية والسحابية (AWS/Azure) مفيدة.
- فهمٌ متينٌ لأمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات وحماية البيانات وأفضل ممارسات النسخ الاحتياطي. مهاراتٌ تحليليةٌ قويةٌ في حل المشكلات.
