Responsibilities

Sales Representatives

• Drive sales through excellent selling, negotiation, and communication

• Manage customer relationships using BRM & CRM practices

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

• Meet sales targets and deadlines

Quality Control Officer

• Conduct QC checks for raw materials, final products, and store audits

• Ensure hygiene and sanitation compliance

• Monitor food safety standards according to ISO, FSSC, BRC

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality

Requirements

Sales Representatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 3–5 years of food industry experience in Kuwait

• Excellent selling, negotiation & communication skills

• Knowledge of BRM & CRM practices

• Valid Kuwait driving license + car

• Age max 40 years

• Fluency in Arabic & English

• Article 18 transferable visa

• Immediate joiners preferred

Quality Control Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field

• 1–3 years of food industry experience in Kuwait

• Knowledge of ISO, FSSC, BRC & food safety regulations

• Hygiene & sanitation compliance expertise

• Strong communication & teamwork skills

• Local candidates only

• تحقيق أهداف ومواعيد المبيعات

مسؤول مراقبة الجودة

• إجراء فحوصات الجودة للمواد الخام، المنتجات النهائية، وتدقيق المتاجر

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والتعقيم

• مراقبة معايير سلامة الغذاء حسب ISO، FSSC، BRC

• التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة للحفاظ على جودة المنتج

المتطلبات

موظفو المبيعات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة

• 3-5 سنوات خبرة في صناعة الأغذية بالكويت

• مهارات ممتازة في البيع والتفاوض والاتصال

• معرفة بممارسات BRM وCRM

• رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية + سيارة

• الحد الأقصى للعمر 40 سنة

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (المادة 18)

• القدرة على الانضمام فوراً

مسؤول مراقبة الجودة

• بكالوريوس في علوم الأغذية، الأحياء الدقيقة، أو مجال ذي صلة

• 1-3 سنوات خبرة في صناعة الأغذية بالكويت

• معرفة بمعايير ISO، FSSC، BRC وقوانين سلامة الغذاء

• خبرة في النظافة والتعقيم

• مهارات اتصال وعمل جماعي قوية

• المرشحون المحليون فقط
