🛒 Operations Manager – Retail E-commerce (Kuwait)
We are currently hiring for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our children’s retail e-commerce business in Kuwait, Shuwaikh.
Requirements:
Visa 18 Ahli holder
Can commute to Shuwaikh
Must speak, read, and write in English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations (orders, fulfillment, delivery, returns)
Oversee inventory and warehouse operations
Coordinate with logistics and courier partners
Supervise customer service operations
Monitor operational KPIs and improve processes
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in retail operations (e-commerce preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and order management
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
مطلوب Operations Manager – قطاع التجزئة والتجارة الإلكترونية (الكويت)
المتطلبات:
حامل فيزا مادة 18 Ahli
القدرة على التنقل إلى الشويخ
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية قراءة وكتابة (إلزامي)
خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في عمليات البيع بالتجزئة (يفضل التجارة الإلكترونية)
معرفة قوية بالمخزون، اللوجستيات، وإدارة الطلبات
خبرة في منصات التجارة الإلكترونية (Shopify أو ما يشابهها)
مهارات قيادة وحل مشاكل قوية
المسؤوليات:
إدارة جميع عمليات التجارة الإلكترونية (الطلبات، التنفيذ، التسليم، والإرجاع)
الإشراف على المخزون وعمليات المستودع
التنسيق مع شركاء اللوجستيات والشحن
الإشراف على عمليات خدمة العملاء
متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحسين العمليات
