Requirements
University degree in Engineering or related field
PMI-RMP® certification (Project Management Institute – Risk Management Professional)
Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management for large-scale EPC projects
Direct experience with tools such as: @Risk, Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse/Acumen Risk
Previous experience with major EPC contractors is highly preferred
Solid background in project controls, planning, and risk analysis
Experience facilitating risk workshops across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and implement project risk management plans
✔️ Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis across all project phases
✔️ Maintain risk registers and track threat/opportunity status
✔️ Facilitate risk workshops with multi-disciplinary teams
✔️ Generate risk dashboards, reports, and present to stakeholders
✔️ Advise management on mitigation strategies and contingency plans
✔️ Participate in project/client meetings to ensure alignment
