Sr. Specialist Marketing
Job Description
- We’re looking for a Specialist Marketing to join our local Marketing Team and work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager to grow Talabat Kuwait Partnerships.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Assist in managing the local advertising, promotional campaigns and event management as per the department quarterly plan, brand guidelines and budget
- Ensure that Talabat is well positioned as a brand in the local market and reaching the right audience to optimize market share
- Facilitating Campaign requirements requested by the Marketing Manager with the local Sales. Ensuring content, offers and details are briefed clearly by the Sales Team
Social Media
- Organizing a 3-months calendar, updated on a daily basis
- Own Social Media and content generation
- Create influencer plans (minimum 1 a month) + brand ambassadors (minimum 2 a month)
- Daily monitoring of Talabat platforms as well as competitor platforms
- Ensuring that brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions) and frequency (orders) is the focal result for any SM activity
- Be able to identify new trends on Social Media that allows for brand exposure and local relevance
- Monitor response of customer inquiries and comments on all Social Media platforms within 3 hours
Sr. Specialist Retail Media Partnerships
What’s On Your Plate?
- Own talabat mart country trade campaign strategy and calendar in alignment with country commercial lead.
- Plan, project manage and measure all talabat mart campaigns.
- Work closely with Category and Grocery Marketing on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.
- Support in management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns
- Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners, boosted SKUs
Sr. Specialist Retail Media Campaigns
Job Description
- As part of the Commercial team and reporting to the Retail Media Lead, this role is responsible for planning and orchestrating QC campaigns across Partnerships, Commercial, Ad Operations, and Marketing stakeholders.
- The objective is to deliver impactful QC campaigns including seasonal events, product launches (new in-app media assets), regional campaigns, and other initiatives that drive sales and customer growth.
