Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing activities across Alshamel Medical Group’s business units in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and lead the marketing team to promote our healthcare services and medical products. You will work closely with the sales, operations, and management teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across Alshamel Lab, Alshamel Med, Alshamel Care, and Alshamel International Group.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, delegating tasks and ensuring successful execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and management of content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep Alshamel Medical Group’s marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a marketing team.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to measure and improve marketing performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry in Kuwait is an advantage.
