Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer

A Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing QA strategies and test plans while leading and mentoring QA teams. Ensure adherence to quality processes and perform various types of evaluation (functional, regression, integration, performance). This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, identifying potential risks, conducting root cause analysis, and maintaining compliance with international standards. Additionally, they oversee audit processes, manage defect tracking, provide QA reports, and continuously seek to improve QA practices by integrating new tools and methodologies.
