Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sous Chef at Mena Food Group in Salmiya. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and executing menu items, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and managing inventory. This role requires on-site presence at our location in Salmiya.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking
- Experience in menu planning and kitchen management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creativity in developing new dishes and menus
- Physical stamina and dexterity for working in a kitchen setting
- Experience in Italian cuisine
