Safety Engineer
We are looking for a Safety Engineer who would be assisting Safety Manager in the development, administration, implementation, and maintenance of an effective Safety Management System.
In this role, the Safety Engineer will support in handling all division activities within the Safety and Compliance Monitoring Department, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures and compliance standard. (This includes adherence to Kuwait DGCA requirements, IOSA SARPs, and other authorities’ requirements to maintain ongoing compliance with all conditions and restrictions of the AOC as well as the company’s established policies & procedures).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the company’s safety reporting system, including occurrence reporting, complies with the applicable regulatory requirement.
- Conduct risk analysis and management, and monitor the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks as outlined in the safety action plan.
- Provide required Safety Data for Operational Management Committee (OMC) and Safety Action Group (SAG) meetings.
- Provide appropriate safety data for Investigation of Incidents, as and when required.
- Prepare Monthly Safety Report.
- Prepare Safety Circulars, Bulletins as and when required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics, industrial, or other studies relevant to the aviation.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 1 year should be in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Kuwait DGCA regulations and requirements, ICAO Standards and recommended Practices, Annexes and relevant documents.
- Good analytical skill.
- Computer literacy in MS Office program applications.

مهندس السلامة
نحن نبحث عن مهندس سلامة ليقوم بمساعدة مدير السلامة في تطوير وإدارة وتنفيذ وصيانة نظام إدارة السلامة الفعال.
في هذا الدور، سيقدم مهندس السلامة الدعم في التعامل مع جميع أنشطة القسم داخل إدارة مراقبة السلامة والامتثال، وضمان التوافق مع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة ومعايير الامتثال. (يتضمن هذا الالتزام بمتطلبات المديرية العامة للطيران المدني الكويتية، والمعايير الدولية للسلامة التشغيلية، ومتطلبات السلطات الأخرى للحفاظ على الامتثال المستمر لجميع شروط وقيود شهادة التشغيل الجوي بالإضافة إلى سياسات وإجراءات الشركة المعمول بها).
المسؤوليات والواجبات:
- تأكد من أن نظام إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالسلامة في الشركة، بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير عن الأحداث، يتوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها.
- إجراء تحليل المخاطر وإدارتها، ومراقبة تنفيذ الإجراءات المتخذة للتخفيف من المخاطر كما هو موضح في خطة عمل السلامة.
- توفير بيانات السلامة المطلوبة لاجتماعات لجنة إدارة العمليات (OMC) ومجموعة عمل السلامة (SAG).
- توفير بيانات السلامة المناسبة للتحقيق في الحوادث، حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد تقرير السلامة الشهري.
- إعداد النشرات والتعميمات المتعلقة بالسلامة عند الحاجة إليها.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من تخصصات الطيران، أو الميكانيكا، أو الكهرباء، أو الإلكترونيات، أو الطيران، أو الصناعة، أو غيرها من الدراسات ذات الصلة بالطيران.
- ما لا يقل عن 3 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل ذات الصلة، منها سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور مماثل.
- - معرفة لوائح ومتطلبات المديرية العامة للطيران المدني الكويتية، ومعايير منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي والممارسات الموصى بها، والملاحق والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- مهارة تحليلية جيدة.
- محو الأمية الحاسوبية في تطبيقات برامج MS Office.
