Role Overview

The
Inventory Controller plays a critical role in ensuring that stock levels are accurately tracked, shipments are managed, and stock losses are minimized. The role involves overseeing stock movement, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor product inputs and outputs from warehouses and other stores. Address discrepancies during receiving by escalating issues to suppliers and adjusting records.
- Stock Accuracy: Perform regular stock checks, investigate shortages, and handle damaged products.
- Event Support: Assist in store preparation for marketing events and stock counts.
- Barcode Management: Record inventory characteristics accurately, particularly when barcodes are missing. Coordinate with the Dubai brand team for assistance.
- Maintenance Oversight: Be present during store maintenance work, often outside business hours.
- Budgeting & Finance: Participate in annual business planning, manage monthly budgets, and handle POs and invoices.
- Asset Management: Manage non-merchandise assets stored in stock rooms for business purposes.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling large shipments with accuracy.
- Effective time management and relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or High School equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail stock handling experience in Kuwait is required.

مراقب المخزون دورًا حيويًا في ضمان توافر المخزون عند الحاجة، وتتبع الحركات المخزنية بدقة، وتقليل مخاطر فقدان المخزون. تشمل الوظيفة تتبع الشحنات، التنسيق مع المستودعات، وضمان دقة سجلات المخزون.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تتبع الشحنات: مراقبة المنتجات الداخلة والخارجة من المستودعات والمتاجر الأخرى. معالجة الفروقات خلال الاستلام وتحديث السجلات.
- دقة المخزون: إجراء فحوصات دورية للمخزون، التحقيق في نقص المنتجات، والتعامل مع المنتجات التالفة.
- دعم الفعاليات: المساعدة في إعداد المتجر للفعاليات التسويقية وجرد المخزون.
- إدارة الرموز الشريطية: تسجيل خصائص المخزون بدقة والتنسيق مع فريق العلامة التجارية في دبي.
- الإشراف على الصيانة: التواجد خلال أعمال الصيانة في المتجر.
- إدارة الميزانية: المشاركة في التخطيط السنوي وإدارة الميزانية الشهرية وإعداد الطلبات والفواتير.
- إدارة الأصول: إدارة الأصول غير التجارية المخزنة لأغراض النشاط التجاري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات اتصال كتابية وشفهية ممتازة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل مع الآخرين.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الشحنات الكبيرة بدقة.
- إدارة فعالة للوقت وبناء علاقات جيدة.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- المؤهل الأدنى: دبلوم أو شهادة الثانوية العامة.
- الخبرة: خبرة تتراوح بين 1-2 سنوات في التعامل مع المخزون في مجال التجزئة بالكويت.
