The precast Production Factory is spread over an area of 100,000 M2 producing high-capacity Concrete Precast Elements ranging from Piles, Pipes, Pre-stressed and Post-Tensioned Beams, Fascia Panels, Dolloses, and all Elements of the Building including Beams, Columns, Roof Units, Walls, Floor Units and Other Units as per Design and Specifications of Clients.

Hiring: Operator, Batching Plant
Work Location: Mina Abdullah
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Batching Plant Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operate the batch machinery and set up the configuration to regulate the flow of raw materials, temperature and pressure at prescribed levels.
✅ Operate the batch machinery to heat, dry, mix, crush and carry out other manufacturing processes.
✅ Make certain the raw materials are mixed in proportionate quantities to ensure quality end product.
✅ Gather samples of the processed materials and forward them for laboratory tests.
✅ Make sure that the machinery is cleaned and repaired regularly to maintain its efficiency.
✅ Weight the raw materials before production and the processed materials after production.
Requirements:
➡ Should have at least 5 years of experience.
➡ Communication Skills in English
➡ 18 - Transferable Residency

يقع مصنع إنتاج الخرسانة الجاهزة على مساحة 100000 متر مربع لإنتاج عناصر خرسانية جاهزة عالية القدرة تتراوح من الأكوام والأنابيب والعوارض المجهدة مسبقًا وما بعد الشد وألواح الواجهة والدولوز وجميع عناصر المبنى بما في ذلك العوارض والأعمدة ووحدات السقف والجدران ووحدات الأرضيات والوحدات الأخرى وفقًا لتصميم ومواصفات العملاء.

نحن نبحث عن مشغل محطة دفع موثوق به وذوي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
✅ تشغيل آلات الدفعات وإعداد التكوين لتنظيم تدفق المواد الخام ودرجة الحرارة والضغط عند المستويات المحددة.
✅ تشغيل آلات الدفعات للتسخين والتجفيف والخلط والسحق وتنفيذ عمليات التصنيع الأخرى.
✅ تأكد من خلط المواد الخام بكميات متناسبة لضمان جودة المنتج النهائي.
✅ جمع عينات من المواد المعالجة وإرسالها للفحص المعملي.
✅ تأكد من تنظيف الآلات وإصلاحها بانتظام للحفاظ على كفاءتها.
✅ وزن المواد الخام قبل الإنتاج والمواد المصنعة بعد الإنتاج.
متطلبات:
➡ يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
➡ مهارات التواصل باللغة الانجليزية
➡ 18 - الإقامة القابلة للتحويل
