We are looking for a Sales Representative with experience in selling building materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in selling building materials is a must
- Valid driver’s license and own car
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Professional and approachable appearance

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Quantity Surveyor
to join our flooring company. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project management within the flooring or construction industry.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, estimates, and forecasts.
- Evaluate and assess project costs, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for flooring installations.
- Conduct site visits to measure and value work done on-site.
- Ensure accurate cost management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the flooring or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in QS software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- إعداد، ومراقبة، وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع، والتقديرات، والتوقعات.
- تقييم وتقدير تكاليف المشاريع، والمواد، ونفقات المقاولين الفرعيين.
- إعداد قوائم الكميات التفصيلية (BOQs) لتركيب الأرضيات.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية لقياس وتقييم العمل المنجز في الموقع.
- ضمان إدارة دقيقة للتكاليف وإعداد التقارير طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة تزيد عن 3 سنوات كمساح كميات في مجال الأرضيات أو البناء.
- معرفة قوية بمواد الأرضيات، وطرق التركيب، ومعايير الصناعة.
- إتقان برامج وأدوات QS مثل (AutoCAD، MS Project، إلخ).
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
