System Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT System Administrator to join our team immediately.
Job Description:
As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and high system availability.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, servers, and network devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data
- Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues
- Providing technical support to users
- Documenting IT processes and procedures
- Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT System Administrator
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and Cisco technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Note: Kuwaiti residence is a must.

نبحث حاليًا عن مسؤول أنظمة تقنية معلومات ماهر للانضمام إلى فريقنا فورًا.
الوصف الوظيفي:
ستكون مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات ودعمها لضمان تشغيل سلس وتوافر عالي للنظام.
المسؤوليات:
- تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة التشغيل، الخوادم، وأجهزة الشبكة
- استكشاف وحل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بالأجهزة، البرمجيات، والاتصال بالشبكة
- تنفيذ وصيانة تدابير الأمان لحماية أنظمة تقنية المعلومات والبيانات
- مراقبة أداء النظام وتحديد المشكلات المحتملة
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين
- توثيق عمليات وإجراءات تقنية المعلومات
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات وتقنيات تقنية المعلومات
المؤهلات:
- خبرة مثبتة كمسؤول أنظمة تقنية معلومات
- فهم قوي لتقنيات Microsoft و Cisco
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات بينية ممتازة
يفضل:
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة (مثل Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert، Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- خبرة في منصات الحوسبة السحابية (مثل AWS، Azure)
