Temporary Group PMO – Operations
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead key operational projects across Hayat Communications.
The ideal candidate will:
- Gather and analyze data from all company operations and projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers across regions to drive efficiency and performance
- Implement project management methodologies and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitor project costs and financial performance, with regular reporting to senior leadership
- Manage resource allocation and oversee revenue collection processes
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- PMP/Prince2 certification
- 7-10 years of experience in telecom PMO roles
- Strong skills in MS Office 365, ERP systems, and Power BI (preferred)

رئيس مؤقت لمكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) – العمليات
نحن نبحث عن محترف ماهر لقيادة المشاريع التشغيلية الرئيسية في شركة حياة للاتصالات.
المهام الوظيفية المثالية:
- جمع وتحليل البيانات من جميع عمليات ومشاريع الشركة
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع في المناطق المختلفة لزيادة الكفاءة والأداء
- تنفيذ منهجيات إدارة المشاريع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية، الميزانيات، ومعايير الجودة
- مراقبة تكاليف المشاريع والأداء المالي مع تقارير منتظمة للقيادة العليا
- إدارة تخصيص الموارد والإشراف على عمليات تحصيل الإيرادات
المتطلبات الرئيسية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة
- شهادة PMP أو Prince2
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في أدوار PMO في قطاع الاتصالات
- مهارات قوية في MS Office 365، أنظمة ERP، و Power BI (مفضل)
