Job Opportunity: Shop Manager (Job Number: SHO000506)
Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Shop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, offer assistance, and address their needs and complaints promptly, maintaining quality customer service standards to foster loyalty.
- Ensure a smooth receiving process for items and shipments; monitor inventory activities such as cycle counts, stock movements, and transfers.
- Analyze sales performance (hourly, daily, weekly) to identify replenishment needs, place accurate orders, and meet stock performance objectives to maximize sales.
- Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities affecting the region.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and are engaged in their roles; conduct daily meetings to keep staff informed.
- Prepare staff schedules based on budgeted hours, sales targets, and operational needs; communicate sales plans effectively and set daily and hourly targets.
- Log and update all commercial and operational information on the provided platforms accurately and timely.
- Manage the annual budget by monitoring expenditures, optimizing costs, and reporting variances versus budget in consultation with management.
- Ensure the shop's compliance with brand standards, maintaining cleanliness and display standards in the shop, window, cash area, and stock room.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role; previous experience in retail is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Skills specific to sports goods retail: collaborative, project-oriented, enthusiastic, empathetic, entrepreneurial, and responsible.
- Active participation in at least one sporting activity and expert knowledge of sporting events.

- إعداد جداول الموظفين بناءً على الساعات المقررة، وأهداف المبيعات، واحتياجات العمليات؛ التواصل بفعالية حول خطط المبيعات وتحديد الأهداف اليومية والساعية.
- تسجيل وتحديث جميع المعلومات التجارية والعمليات على المنصات المخصصة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- إدارة الميزانية السنوية من خلال مراقبة النفقات، وتحسين التكاليف، والإبلاغ عن الفروقات مقارنةً بالميزانية بالتشاور مع الإدارة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير العلامة التجارية في المتجر، والحفاظ على نظافة ومعايير العرض في المتجر، والنوافذ، ومنطقة الصندوق، وغرفة المخزون.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس
- 3 سنوات من الخبرة في دور إداري؛ تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مجال التجزئة ميزة كبيرة.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية
- إتقان برامج MS Office
- مهارات خاصة بتجزئة السلع الرياضية: التعاون، والتوجه نحو المشاريع، والحماسة، والتعاطف، والروح الريادية، والمسؤولية.
- المشاركة الفعالة في نشاط رياضي واحد على الأقل ومعرفة متعمقة بالفعاليات الرياضية.
- تطوير وتحفيز الآخرين: المستوى 4
