Junior Graphic Designer
Authorization Level:
- Division: Operations
- Department: Designing Department
- Reporting to: Design Manager
- Colleagues: HR, Finance, Purchasing, Factory, and Planners

Job Summary:
Graphic designers create visual text and imagery concepts, either by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Receive detailed requirements from Sales to prepare multiple displays
- Design marketing materials for the company’s products, including catalogues, banners, and website displays
- Collaborate with colleagues to create designs and displays for new products
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
- Stay updated on industry knowledge to remain relevant
Working Conditions:
- Office work
Education & Certificates:
- Proficiency in Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is a must
- Diploma or degree in any related field
- 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: 250 - 350 KWD

يقوم مصممو الجرافيك بإنشاء مفاهيم النصوص والصور المرئية، يدويًا أو باستخدام برامج الحاسوب، لتوصيل الأفكار التي تلهم وتعلم أو تجذب المستهلكين. يطورون التصميم العام وإنتاج الإعلانات، الكتيبات، المجلات، والتقارير المؤسسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تلقي المتطلبات المفصلة من قسم المبيعات لإعداد عدة عروض
- تصميم مواد التسويق لمنتجات الشركة، بما في ذلك الكتالوجات، اللافتات، وتصميمات المواقع الإلكترونية
- التعاون مع الزملاء لإنشاء تصاميم وعروض للمنتجات الجديدة
- إنشاء تصاميم وترتيبات جذابة لمشاريع متنوعة
- إعداد عروض تقديمية (3D، 2D، ونماذج أولية) للعملاء
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بأحدث تطورات الصناعة للبقاء ملائمًا
