Cloud Core Network Engineer
1. Fully understand Huawei IMS/MSC service.
2. Be able to independently complete the network design, commissioning, testing, and cutover in the IMS/MSC/HSS/SPS domain.
3. Be able to communicate with customers and communicate within the project team independently.
4. Be competent in handling IMS/MSC/HSS/SPS technical difficulties encountered during project delivery and be able to independently formulate and implement service cutover solutions.
5. Understand and recognize Huawei's culture.
Data Analytic Engineer / SmartCare Engineer
1. Be familiar with mobile communication principles and 45G signaling processes, and have at least one year's experience in the SmartCare or CEM industry.
2. Have database experience, master basic database operations, and be able to data mining, cleaning, and analysis through the database.
3. Be familiar with the architecture and service process of the CEM platform, and be familiar with the UCs related to the SmartCare platform.
4. Be able to survey the customer's business status, match and guide requirements, design solutions and evolution plans, and ensure that the solutions are feasible.
5. Core network/IP background, proficient in SQL and python, and experience in data analysis.
6. Strong communication skills & learning skills.
IT Support Engineer
BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
minimum work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
Knowledge of network.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting.

مهندس شبكات السحابة الأساسية
1. فهم خدمة Huawei IMS/MSC بشكل كامل.

مهندس تحليل البيانات / مهندس SmartCare
1. أن يكون على دراية بمبادئ الاتصالات المتنقلة وعمليات إشارات 45G، وأن يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن عام واحد في صناعة SmartCare أو CEM.
2. أن يكون لديه خبرة في قواعد البيانات، ويتقن العمليات الأساسية لقواعد البيانات، ويكون قادرًا على استخراج البيانات وتنظيفها وتحليلها من خلال قاعدة البيانات.
3. كن على دراية بهندسة وعملية خدمة منصة CEM، وكن على دراية بـ UCs المتعلقة بمنصة SmartCare.
4. القدرة على دراسة حالة أعمال العميل ومطابقة المتطلبات وتوجيهها وتصميم الحلول وخطط التطور، والتأكد من أن الحلول قابلة للتنفيذ.
5. خلفية أساسية في الشبكات/بروتوكول الإنترنت، وإتقان لغة SQL وPython، وخبرة في تحليل البيانات.
6. مهارات التواصل القوية ومهارات التعلم.
مهندس دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات
بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة.
الحد الأدنى من الخبرة في العمل كمهندس دعم سطح المكتب أو مهندس الدعم الفني أو دور مماثل.
خبرة عملية في بيئات Windows/Mac OS.
معرفة الشبكة.
القدرة على استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها عن بعد.
