Job Responsibilities

🔸 Diagnose, repair, or replace parts for all household appliances.
🔸 Prescreen, identify, analyze, and repair appliance and electronic product failures to ensure customer satisfaction.
🔸 Configure/troubleshoot hardware, including audio-DSP, A/V control, video and audio devices, and USB-based software applications.
🔸 Order necessary parts for repairs in advance to ensure availability before visiting customers’ locations.
🔸 Perform daily administrative functions, including warranty claims and report submissions.
🔸 Maintain performance objectives as set by the company.
🔸 Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
🔸 Ensure safety while performing field service tasks.
🔸 Work independently without onsite supervision.
🔸 Complete all service and installation documentation, including forms, reports, logs, and records.

Candidate Requirements

🔸 3 to 5 years of field service experience in major home appliances.
🔸 Possess appropriate Refrigerant Handling Certificate(s), CET, HVAC, and other relevant certifications.
🔸 Proficient use of electronic, appliance, and/or refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment.
🔸 Proficiency in MS Office and smartphone technology with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
🔸 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
🔸 Ability to meet the physical requirements of field service repair (lifting, bending, etc.).
🔸 Flexibility to work based on business needs.
🔸 Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

🔸 تشخيص وإصلاح أو استبدال الأجزاء للأجهزة المنزلية.
🔸 فحص وتحديد وتحليل وإصلاح الأعطال في الأجهزة الإلكترونية والمنزلية لضمان رضا العملاء.
🔸 تكوين/استكشاف أخطاء الأجهزة بما في ذلك أجهزة الصوت DSP، التحكم في الصوت والفيديو، والأجهزة المعتمدة على USB.
🔸 طلب الأجزاء اللازمة للإصلاحات مسبقًا لضمان توافرها قبل زيارة مواقع العملاء.
🔸 أداء المهام الإدارية اليومية مثل تقديم مطالبات الضمان وتقديم التقارير.
🔸 الحفاظ على أهداف الأداء كما هو محدد من قبل الشركة.

متطلبات المرشح

🔸 من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في الخدمة الميدانية للأجهزة المنزلية الرئيسية.
🔸 الحصول على شهادة التعامل مع المبردات، CET، HVAC، وشهادات أخرى ذات صلة.
🔸 إلمام تام باستخدام الأدوات الإلكترونية والمنزلية و/أو أدوات التشخيص لاختبار الأجهزة.
🔸 إتقان استخدام MS Office وتقنيات الهواتف الذكية مع القدرة على تعلم البرامج المملوكة بسرعة.
🔸 رخصة قيادة سارية وسجل قيادة نظيف.
🔸 القدرة على الوفاء بالمتطلبات الجسدية المرتبطة بإصلاحات الخدمة الميدانية (رفع، انحناء، إلخ).
🔸 القدرة على العمل حسب احتياجات العمل.
🔸 مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.
