🎯 Visual Merchandising Manager – RIVA HOME | Kuwait

• Are you passionate about home and interior design with an eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of brand identity? RIVA HOME is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and elevate our in-store visual strategy across our Kuwait locations.
•  🧠 Experience Required: 3–5 years in home or interior design visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Execute the visual merchandising strategy in line with brand direction and product focus.
• - Develop compelling in-store and window displays that reflect seasonal trends and sales data.
• - Ensure alignment across stores through regular reviews, photo reports, and best practice sharing.
• - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and operations teams to deliver cohesive retail experiences.
• - Support pilot stores and manage execution across A-grade locations.
• - Analyze data, evaluate risks, and optimize merchandising strategies to boost performance.
