🚀 Join Our Growing IT Team at Food Industries Company – IT Support Junior Specialist Wanted!
Are you ready to take the next step in your IT career? Food Industries Company is looking for a motivated IT Support Junior Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the smooth running of IT services across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users across all departments
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other peripherals
Support Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications
Handle user account creation, password resets, and access management
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary
Assist in routine maintenance of servers, network devices, and backups
Monitor and follow up on IT helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution
Support ERP users (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) on basic issues
Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2–5 years of IT support experience
Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication in English and Arabic
Resident of Kuwait with valid residency
Able to join immediately

تصعيد القضايا غير المحلولة إلى موظفي تكنولوجيا المعلومات المتقدمين أو الموردين الخارجيين عند الحاجة
المساعدة في الصيانة الروتينية للخوادم، أجهزة الشبكة، والنسخ الاحتياطي
متابعة تذاكر دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات للتأكد من حل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب
دعم مستخدمي ERP (يفضل Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) في القضايا الأساسية
توثيق المشكلات والحلول الشائعة لبناء قاعدة معرفية
المؤهلات:
دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة
2-5 سنوات من الخبرة في دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات
معرفة أساسية بالشبكات وأنظمة التشغيل والأجهزة
مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات
قدرة على التواصل الجيد باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
مقيم في الكويت مع إقامة سارية
القدرة على الانضمام فورًا
