Job Summary:

• The Butcher I will be responsible for cutting, trimming, boning, and grinding meats in a butcher shop or meat processing facility.

Job Responsibility:

• - Cut, trim, bone, and grind meats according to customer specifications or recipe requirements
• - Weigh, package, label, and price meat products for display and sale

ملخص الوظيفة:

• سيكون الجزار مسؤولاً عن تقطيع اللحوم وتقليمها وإزالة عظامها وطحنها في محل جزارة أو منشأة معالجة اللحوم. 
• وسيكونون مسؤولين أيضًا عن صيانة المعدات وضمان جودة اللحوم والالتزام بمعايير السلامة والنظافة.

مسئولية الوظيفة:

• - تقطيع اللحوم وتقليمها وإزالة عظامها وطحنها وفقًا لمواصفات العميل أو متطلبات الوصفة
• - وزن وتعبئة ووضع العلامات وتسعير منتجات اللحوم للعرض والبيع
• - مراقبة مستويات المخزون والحفاظ عليها، وطلب الإمدادات حسب الحاجة
• - ضمان النظافة والتنظيم في محل الجزارة أو منطقة المعالجة
