Loyalty Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 9 – 12 years of experience in managing loyalty programs, customer retention, or related roles within the customer experience domain.
• Experience in strategic planning, campaign management, and using customer insights to develop business strategies.
• Proven experience in partnership development and management, particularly in the Middle East region or internationally.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus, especially for Middle East markets).

 Preferred system knowledge:

• Proficiency in using Loyalty Platforms, Ecommerce Systems, MMP and analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Magento, Insider, CleverTap, and other CRM and data analytics platforms. 
• Familiarity with loyalty management systems and performance tracking software

Purchasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery terms
• Negotiate prices and contracts, manage purchase orders, and maintain records
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and inventory levels
• Review and process invoices, prepare cost reports, and ensure accurate data entry in SAP
• Monitor product quality, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Support finance with cost evaluations and closing procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and data analysis skills
• Proficient in supplier relations and contract management
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Familiar with SAP and inventory systems
• Detail-oriented and results-driven

التعليم والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
• - 9 - 12 سنة من الخبرة في إدارة برامج الولاء، أو الاحتفاظ بالعملاء، أو الأدوار ذات الصلة في مجال تجربة العملاء.
• خبرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة الحملات واستخدام رؤى العملاء لتطوير استراتيجيات الأعمال.
• خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الشراكات وإدارتها، وخاصة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط أو على الصعيد الدولي.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية، خاصة بالنسبة لأسواق الشرق الأوسط).

 المعرفة المفضلة بالنظام:

• الكفاءة في استخدام منصات الولاء وأنظمة التجارة الإلكترونية وأدوات MMP والتحليلات وأنظمة أتمتة التسويق.
• معرفة قوية بأدوات مثل Magento و Insider و CleverTap ومنصات CRM وتحليلات البيانات الأخرى. 
• المعرفة بأنظمة إدارة الولاء وبرامج تتبع الأداء

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• البحث عن الموردين وتقييمهم واختيارهم بناءً على التكلفة والجودة وشروط التسليم
• التفاوض على الأسعار والعقود وإدارة أوامر الشراء والحفاظ على السجلات
• التعاون مع فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والمستودعات لتنسيق عمليات التسليم ومستويات المخزون
• مراجعة ومعالجة الفواتير وإعداد تقارير التكلفة والتأكد من دقة إدخال البيانات في SAP
• مراقبة جودة المنتج وحل التناقضات والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين
• دعم التمويل من خلال تقييمات التكلفة وإجراءات الإغلاق

المؤهلات والمهارات
