• Notifies the Consultant or Specialist on duty about the details of clinical data if there is no specialty registrar in the admitting unit and the patients need admission and discuss with him the plan of management.

• ضمان تنفيذ لوائح وزارة الصحة ولوائح وقواعد وأنظمة الطاقم الطبي بالمستشفى وسياسة القسم والمبادئ التوجيهية
• القيام بجولات منتظمة على المرضى الجراحيين ومساعدة الأطباء المعالجين أثناء جولاتهم على الأجنحة.
• يجب أن يكون مسجل الجراحة على اتصال (كتابيًا أو شفهيًا) بالجراحين الزائرين ويقوم بترتيب قبول مرضاهم وإعدادهم للعملية الجراحية إذا لزم الأمر
• يساعد في العمليات الجراحية التي يتم إجراؤها في غرفة العمليات من قبل الجراحين الداخليين والزائرين.
• حضور حالات الطوارئ، والقدرة على تقديم العلاج في حالات الطوارئ، وإجراءات القبول اللازمة، وإحالة الحالات الصعبة إلى الاستشاريين في العيادة. يجب أن تتم جميع عمليات القبول بموافقة الاستشاري.
• إكمال ملفات الخروج والإحصائيات.
• كتابة التقارير الطبية بالتشاور مع الطبيب المعالج.
• يشارك في جدول الاستدعاء في قسم الجراحة حسب الحاجة.
• ضمان استمرارية الرعاية للمرضى أثناء الاتصال بهم.
• يحافظ على أعلى مستوى احترافي للتوثيق بما يتماشى مع السياسات والإجراءات والمعايير المقبولة دوليًا

مسجل - طب الطوارئ

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• يستقبل جميع المرضى في غرفة الطوارئ، بشرط أن يستوفوا إجراءات غرفة الطوارئ وفقًا للسياسة والإجراءات.
• تنفيذ وإتقان إدارة الإسعافات الأولية لحالات الطوارئ الطبية المختلفة وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات.
• إخطار الاستشاري أو الأخصائي المناوب بتفاصيل البيانات السريرية إذا لم يكن هناك مسجل تخصصي في وحدة القبول ويحتاج المرضى إلى القبول ومناقشة خطة الإدارة معه.
• يقوم بأخذ تاريخ المريض وإجراء الفحوصات الجسدية وطلب وتفسير التحقيقات اللازمة حسب ما تتطلبه حالة المريض وتوفير خطط العلاج لجميع المرضى قبل نقلهم إلى الجناح بالتنسيق مع مسجل وحدة القبول بالتشاور مع الاستشاري المقبول.
• يقوم بإخطار الأطباء الخارجيين (أخصائي، استشاري) بالحالات التي تتطلب الدخول إلى المستشفى ويناقش الإدارة الفورية للحالة حتى يتم نقل المريض إلى الجناح إذا كانت الحالة تتطلب ذلك.
• تسجيل البيانات السريرية وأي تغيير في تعليمات العلاج في ملف الطوارئ. (مع ذكر الوقت والتاريخ).
• يقوم بإكمال الملاحظات السريرية لملفات غرفة الطوارئ وتسليم الحالات بين الورديتين المتعاقبتين مع كافة التفاصيل السريرية.
• يقرر ويصدر الإجازات المرضية، وفقا للوائح وزارة الصحة وسياسات المستشفى.
• يشارك في تقييم وتخطيط وتنفيذ وتقدير احتياجات رعاية المرضى.
• ضمان تنفيذ لوائح وزارة الصحة ولوائح وأنظمة الطاقم الطبي بالمستشفى وسياسة وإرشادات قسم الطوارئ.

أخصائية تغذية سريرية

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• يحافظ على خطوط الاتصال مفتوحة بين الطاقم الطبي وقسم التغذية.
• يفسر أوامر الطبيب الغذائية ويعدل النظام الغذائي وفقًا لأنماط النظام الغذائي وتفضيلات المريض
• يخطط للرعاية الغذائية للمرضى ويضع تقنيات وإجراءات محسنة في إعداد الأنظمة الغذائية للمرضى.
• يوجه المرضى إلى مبادئ النظام الغذائي والقيود المفروضة وفقًا لطلب الطبيب الغذائي ويوثق المعلومات ذات الصلة
• توفير بدائل إذا كان المريض غير قادر على تناول الوجبة المقدمة، وفقًا لقيود النظام الغذائي
• يقوم بإجراء تقييم غذائي للمرضى الذين يتلقون التغذية بالأنبوب أو التغذية الوريدية
• مراقبة قبول المريض للأنظمة الغذائية وتدوين الملاحظات في الأشكال المناسبة.
• يكمل سجلات النظام الغذائي لتقييم التغذية لدى مرضى محددين من خلال نظام السجلات
• يقوم بتقييم مدى ملاءمة ترتيب النظام الغذائي للتشخيص ويوصي بتغييرات ترتيب النظام الغذائي حسب الإشارة
• يشرف على إعداد نظام غذائي خاص لضمان الكمية المناسبة والجودة ودقة المكونات ويتحقق من دقة الأنظمة الغذائية المقدمة للمرضى.
• يحافظ على تحديث المواد التعليمية الضرورية للمرضى ومراجع التغذية والكتب المدرسية
• يخطط وينسق وينفذ برنامج ضمان الجودة الخاص بالقسم
• يشارك في تطوير السياسات والبرامج الموجهة نحو تثقيف المريض والأسرة
• يشارك في البرامج التعليمية للقسم والتنفيذ ويلبي متطلبات الخدمة الإلزامية في إدارة المرافق ومكافحة العدوى والسلامة ومسببات الأمراض المنقولة بالدم
• المشاركة في اجتماعات خطة رعاية المرضى ومجموعات الدعم حسب الطلب أو حسب الضرورة واجتماعات إدارة قسم التغذية
• يقترح أفكارًا لتحسين عملية رعاية التغذية وإيرادات العيادة 

مسجل - طب الأعصاب  

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• إجراء مقابلات مع جميع المرضى ذوي الصلة الذين يراجعون غرفة الطوارئ، بشرط أن يستوفوا الإجراءات الشكلية الخاصة بغرفة الطوارئ وفقًا للسياسة والإجراءات.
• تنفيذ وإتقان إدارة الإسعافات الأولية لحالات الطوارئ الطبية المختلفة وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات.
• يقوم بإخطار الاستشاري أو الأخصائي المناوب بتفاصيل البيانات السريرية إذا احتاج المرضى إلى القبول ومناقشة خطة الإدارة معه.
• يقوم بأخذ تاريخ المريض، وإجراء الفحوصات الجسدية، وطلب وتفسير التحقيقات اللازمة حسب ما تتطلبه حالة المريض، وتوفير خطط العلاج لجميع المرضى قبل نقلهم إلى الجناح.
• يقوم بإخطار الأطباء الخارجيين بتفاصيل البيانات السريرية لمرضاهم ويتبع تعليماتهم بشأن خطة الإدارة.
• القدرة على إجراء عملية LP بشكل مستقل.
• يقوم بجولة روتينية على جميع المرضى مع معرفة شكواهم وفقًا لسياسة وإجراءات كل حالة على حدة.
• تسجيل البيانات السريرية وأي تغيير في تعليمات العلاج في ملف المريض. (كتابة الوقت والتاريخ).
• يقوم بإكمال الملاحظات السريرية لملفات الطوارئ وتسليم الحالات بين الورديتين المتعاقبتين مع كافة التفاصيل السريرية.
• يشارك في تقييم وتخطيط وتنفيذ وتقدير احتياجات رعاية المرضى.

مساعد الرعاية المنزلية 

المؤهلات والكفاءات والمهارات:

• التعليم: شهادة في الرعاية الصحية والتمريض أو أي درجة معادلة.
• الخبرة: لديه خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين (2) كمساعد للمريض.
• يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة كمساعد ممرضة رعاية منزلية.
• الترخيص: غير قابل للتطبيق
• اللغة: قادر على القراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية
• القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية مع تفضيل المتحدثين باللغة العربية.
• كفاءة الكمبيوتر: مهارات الكمبيوتر الأساسية.

استشاري جراحة التجميل 

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• ضمان تنفيذ لوائح وزارة الصحة ولوائح وأنظمة الطاقم الطبي بالمستشفى وسياسات وإرشادات القسم.
• تشخيص وعلاج المرضى المحولين إلى القسم والمسؤول عن إدارة عيادته الخاصة.
• توفير التقارير الطبية وخطابات الإحالة وغيرها من المستندات للمرضى والمستشفى ومؤسسات العمل الأخرى عند الضرورة.
• المسؤول عن الرعاية الجراحية الشاملة للمريض تحت رعايته بما في ذلك الرعاية قبل الجراحة وأثناءها وبعدها
• تقديم الاستشارات للأقسام الأخرى داخل القسم، والأقسام الأخرى داخل المستشفى للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من رعاية المرضى
• يقوم بإعداد ومراجعة السجلات الطبية والتاريخية للحالات وإنشاء تقارير طبية دقيقة للغاية.
• تقديم الاستشارات للأقسام الأخرى داخل القسم، والأقسام الأخرى داخل المستشفى للحفاظ على مستوى عال من رعاية المرضى.
• يقوم الاستشاري بمراجعة ملخصات المرضى الخارجيين وإعداد التقارير والتحليلات الإحصائية حسب ما هو مطلوب منه؛ ويتم إعداد هذه التقارير في الوقت المناسب وفقًا للمعايير داخل القسم.
• يتابع الإجراءات والتقنيات الجديدة في مجال تخصصه.
• يتولى المسائل الإدارية والتشغيلية المتعلقة بأنشطة القسم ويتشاور مع رئيس القسم حسب الحاجة.
• يقع على عاتق الاستشاري مسؤولية الإبلاغ عن أي حدث لا يتوافق مع تشغيل العيادة أو معيار الخدمة للمرضى أو الموظفين أو الزوار والمواقف التي تعرض المرضى أو الموظفين أو الزوار لخطر الإصابة أو أي ضرر آخر.
• يحضر اجتماعات منتظمة لتحسين خدمات رعاية المرضى وتقديمها.
• توفير القيادة لأنشطة تحسين الأداء التنظيمي.

استشارية أمراض النساء والتوليد

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• يتولى المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع الحالات الطبية للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين وحالات الطوارئ. ويُجري جولات دورية على جميع المرضى في الأجنحة.
• يقوم بإجراء كافة العمليات الجراحية وفقًا للامتيازات السريرية الممنوحة له
• يُجري استشارات حول مشاكل مُختصين آخرين عند الطلب، ويُقدّم التوصيات اللازمة.
• يعمل بشكل مستقل وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات الطبية المعمول بها وبأعلى المعايير المهنية.
• يقوم بالإشراف على مسجلي الأقسام داخل القسم.
