Main Purpose of the Job
The main purpose of the job is to prepare and package products according to company guidelines, ensuring they are neatly and securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Product Packaging: Prepare and package products according to company guidelines, ensuring that items are securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
- Labeling: Apply clear and accurate labels to packaged products, ensuring all required information such as product description, weight, and batch numbers are correctly displayed.
- Quality Control: Inspect items before packaging to ensure they meet quality standards, removing defective or damaged products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor packaging supplies (boxes, tapes, labels) and report low stock to supervisors for replenishment.
- Assembly Line Support: Work on assembly lines to assist in product preparation, packing, and organization for delivery or storage.
- Shipping Preparation: Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure that all packaged goods are sorted correctly, loaded, and prepared for timely dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety standards during the packaging process to avoid injuries or damage to products.
- Efficiency: Meet daily or weekly packaging targets and work in coordination with other team members to maintain an organized workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaged products, quantities, and batch numbers for inventory and shipment tracking.
- Equipment Operation: Operate packaging equipment and machines, ensuring proper use and maintenance of all tools and machinery used in the packaging process.

المسؤوليات
- تغليف المنتجات: تحضير وتغليف المنتجات وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة، مع ضمان تغليف المنتجات بشكل آمن لتفادي التلف أثناء الشحن.
- وضع العلامات: وضع ملصقات واضحة ودقيقة على المنتجات المغلفة مع تضمين جميع المعلومات المطلوبة مثل وصف المنتج، الوزن، وأرقام الدفعات.
- مراقبة الجودة: فحص المنتجات قبل التغليف لضمان تلبيتها معايير الجودة وإزالة المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة.
- إدارة المخزون: مراقبة مستلزمات التغليف مثل الصناديق والأشرطة والملصقات والإبلاغ عن نقص المخزون للمشرفين.
- دعم خط التجميع: العمل على خطوط التجميع لمساعدة في تحضير المنتجات، تغليفها وتنظيمها للتسليم أو التخزين.
- تحضير الشحن: التعاون مع فريق الشحن لضمان تصنيف المنتجات المغلفة بشكل صحيح وتحميلها وإعدادها للإرسال في الوقت المحدد.
- الامتثال للسلامة: اتباع معايير الصحة والسلامة أثناء عملية التغليف لتجنب الإصابات أو تلف المنتجات.
- الكفاءة: تحقيق أهداف التغليف اليومية أو الأسبوعية والعمل مع الفريق لضمان سير العمل بشكل منظم.
- التوثيق: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمنتجات المغلفة والكميات وأرقام الدفعات لتتبع المخزون والشحن.
- تشغيل المعدات: تشغيل معدات وآلات التغليف وضمان استخدامها وصيانتها بشكل صحيح.
