We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee our delivery operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will manage a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles, ensure operational excellence, and drive performance across our logistics network while maintaining the highest SLA standards.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations, with leadership responsibilities

Proven track record in managing large fleets and complex logistics environments

Strong understanding of delivery performance metrics and SLAs

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficient in logistics software and operational tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

تبحث شركتنا عن مدير عمليات متمرس لقيادة وتوجيه عمليات التوصيل اليومية في الكويت. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن إدارة أسطول كبير وتطبيق أعلى معايير الكفاءة والأداء التشغيلي، مع ضمان الالتزام الكامل باتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).
الشروط

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو عمليات التوصيل، مع مسؤوليات قيادية

سجل حافل في إدارة أساطيل كبيرة وبيئات تشغيلية معقدة

فهم عميق لمقاييس الأداء واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة

مهارات قيادية واتصالية وحل مشكلات ممتازة

القدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة سريعة التغير

إجادة استخدام برامج وأنظمة التشغيل اللوجستية
