The Frazier Rehab Institute offers cutting-edge neurological rehabilitation services to patients with neurological injuries or illnesses. As an Aquatic Physical Therapist, you will help patients achieve functional recovery and independence through aquatic therapy.
Job Overview
You will be working in the Center for Advanced NeuroRehab, where we focus on providing state-of-the-art treatment to individuals with neurological disorders. Your role will include delivering aquatic therapy to patients recovering from conditions like brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality aquatic physical therapy to patients with neurological impairments or injuries.
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize functional recovery.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Qualifications
BS, MS, or DPT degree in Physical Therapy required.
DPT degree preferred.
Valid PT License from the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy.
CPR and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
Experience
Previous experience in physical therapy is preferred, especially in outpatient settings.

المهام الرئيسية
تقديم علاج طبيعي مائي عالي الجودة للمرضى الذين يعانون من إصابات أو إعاقات عصبية.
إجراء التقييمات اللازمة لحالة المرضى وتطوير خطط علاج فردية.
التعاون مع فريق الرعاية الصحية لضمان تقديم رعاية شاملة.
متابعة تقدم المرضى وتعديل خطط العلاج حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
درجة بكاليريوس، ماجستير، أو دكتوراه في العلاج الطبيعي.
يفضل درجة دكتوراه في العلاج الطبيعي (DPT).
رخصة سارية من مجلس العلاج الطبيعي في ولاية كنتاكي.
شهادات CPR و BLS من جمعية القلب الأمريكية.
الخبرة
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في العلاج الطبيعي، خاصة في العيادات الخارجية.
