Service Crew
As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all operational standards for product preparation and order accuracy.
- Communicate product needs to ensure availability for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and checkout areas.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and complete sanitation tasks.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, issue receipts, and maintain an orderly cash register.
- Comply with occupational health and safety standards, wearing personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow operational standards.
- Prior experience in food service or similar roles is a plus.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you will oversee shift operations, manage team members, and ensure that guest experience and operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, ensuring the team provides exceptional service and guest experiences.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Provide direction, training, and support to team members, monitoring performance and offering feedback.
- Supervise shift cash procedures and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards throughout the shift.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a customer service environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to meet performance goals.
- Experience in cash management and operational oversight.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
