Position
Bilingual Sales Call Center Agent
(Arabic & English speaking – Local hires only)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
• Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into successful sales
• Promote products clearly and persuasively in both Arabic and English
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Contribute to team targets and overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of video game culture
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales or call center role
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must hold a transferable visa 18 (Kuwait residency only)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إجراء مكالمات صادرة للعملاء المحتملين ومتابعة العملاء الحاليين
• استقبال المكالمات الواردة وتحويل الاستفسارات إلى مبيعات ناجحة
• الترويج للمنتجات والعروض بوضوح وإقناع باللغتين
• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمكالمات وتفاصيل العملاء
• المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ورضا العملاء

المؤهلات

• شغف بالألعاب ومعرفة قوية بثقافة ألعاب الفيديو
• مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة
• خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في المبيعات أو مراكز الاتصال
• دقة في العمل ومهارات تنظيم عالية
• إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) داخل الكويت
