• We are thrilled to grow our dynamic Events & Catering team and are currently looking for a passionate and organized professional to join us in the role of:
• EVENTS SALES COORDINATOR - Outside Catering
• If you have a flair for sales, a passion for event planning, and love creating memorable moments beyond the hotel walls, this is your opportunity to shine.
• In this role, you will support the Outside Catering sales team, assist with client coordination, and help bring high-end events to life.

2-Position: GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER

Job Requirements:

• Be the face of the guest journey, ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure
• Lead and coach a dynamic team of Guest Relations professionals, Concierge, and Bell Desk staff
• Manage VIP & long-stay guest experiences with personalized attention
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to exceed expectations
• Support the Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations and team development
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
• Uphold brand standards, contribute to revenue generation through upselling, and maximize guest satisfaction
• Champion initiatives like World of Hyatt enrollment and Guest Experience Management (GEM

What We are Looking For:

• Proven experience in Front Office or Guest Relations roles, ideally in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A service-first mindset with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
• Passion for creating meaningful guest experiences
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team

متطلبات الوظيفة:

• كن واجهة رحلة الضيف، وتأكد من خدمة سلسة من الوصول إلى المغادرة
• قيادة وتدريب فريق ديناميكي من محترفي علاقات الضيوف والكونسيرج وموظفي مكتب الاستقبال
• إدارة تجارب الضيوف المميزين والإقامة الطويلة مع الاهتمام الشخصي
• التعامل مع تعليقات الضيوف وحل المشكلات لتجاوز التوقعات
• دعم مدير مكتب الاستقبال في العمليات اليومية وتطوير الفريق
• التعاون بين الأقسام لضمان العمليات السلسة والتواصل
• الحفاظ على معايير العلامة التجارية، والمساهمة في توليد الإيرادات من خلال البيع الإضافي، وتعظيم رضا العملاء
• دعم المبادرات مثل التسجيل في World of Hyatt وإدارة تجربة الضيوف (GEM)

ما الذي نبحث عنه:

• خبرة مثبتة في أدوار مكتب الاستقبال أو علاقات الضيوف، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتنظيم والتواصل
• عقلية الخدمة أولاً مع عين حريصة على التفاصيل ونهج استباقي
• الشغف بخلق تجارب مفيدة للضيوف
