We're seeking a highly experienced Contract Managing Engineer to ensure operational efficiency and strategic contract execution.

Position
Contract Managing Engineer (CME)
Basic Salary: KD 1400

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and performance of the KOC maintenance contract
Establish manning levels and resource deployment
Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards
Support strategic decisions to improve operations and manage service execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrument Engineering from a recognized university
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in energy, oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical maintenance services
At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role
Strong decision-making and supervisory skills
Transferable residency required

الإشراف على تنفيذ وأداء عقد صيانة KOC
تحديد مستويات القوى العاملة وتوزيع الموارد
قيادة فريق صيانة متعدد التخصصات
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة
دعم القرارات الاستراتيجية لتحسين العمليات

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الأجهزة الدقيقة من جامعة معترف بها
15 سنة خبرة بعد المؤهل في مجال الطاقة أو النفط والغاز أو المصافي أو البتروكيماويات
10 سنوات خبرة على الأقل في منصب قيادي مماثل
مهارات إشرافية وقدرة عالية على اتخاذ القرارات
إقامة قابلة للتحويل مطلوبة
