Fleet Supervisor
Job Description
- Oversees the daily fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with regulations.
- Manage maintenance, personnel, and expenses while also optimizing fleet performance and providing reports to management.
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and procurements of parts and services.
- Monitor fleet utilization, performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and control fleet-related expenses, including fuel and maintenance costs.
- Prepare and provide reports on fleet availability, maintenance, costs, and vendor performance.
Skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, parts, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures for various vehicle types.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to fleet operations.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS applications.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in supervisory role within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a related supervisory role.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

مشرف الأسطول
المسمى الوظيفي
- يشرف على عمليات الأسطول اليومية، ويضمن الكفاءة والسلامة والامتثال للوائح.
- إدارة الصيانة والموظفين والنفقات مع تحسين أداء الأسطول وتقديم التقارير للإدارة.
- تنسيق وجدولة الصيانة الدورية والإصلاحات وشراء الأجزاء والخدمات.
- مراقبة استخدام الأسطول والأداء وتحديد المجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين.
- إدارة ومراقبة النفقات المتعلقة بالأسطول، بما في ذلك تكاليف الوقود والصيانة.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير حول مدى توفر الأسطول والصيانة والتكاليف وأداء البائعين.
مهارات
- القدرة على قيادة الفريق وتحفيزه والإشراف عليه
- فهم قوي لميكانيكا المركبات، والأجزاء، والصيانة الوقائية، وإجراءات الإصلاح لأنواع المركبات المختلفة.
- القدرة على التخطيط وتحديد الأولويات وإدارة المهام المتعددة.
- مهارات التواصل الفعالة ومهارات قوية في حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على تحديد وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بعمليات الأسطول.
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج إدارة الأسطول وتطبيقات MS.
التعليم/المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية، أو إدارة النقل، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في دور إشرافي ضمن صناعة النقل أو الخدمات اللوجستية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأسطول أو دور إشرافي ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثا).
