Key Responsibilities:

• Convert showroom visitors into loyal customers by understanding their needs.
• Explain car features and comparisons in detail.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle benefits.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Record data, track inventory, and support promotional displays.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in luxury vehicles.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.

🔹 2. Counter Salesperson – Automotive Parts

• 📍 Location: Parts Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Help customers select the right parts based on specific needs.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) accurately.
• Provide product and technical support (installation, compatibility).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on automotive products.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Strong communication and computer skills (especially point-of-sale systems).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

المؤهلات:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• استقبال العملاء ومساعدتهم باحترافية.
• مساعدة العملاء في اختيار الأجزاء المناسبة بناءً على احتياجاتهم المحددة.
• معالجة المدفوعات (نقدًا، وبطاقات الائتمان، وما إلى ذلك) بدقة.
• توفير الدعم الفني والمنتج (التثبيت والتوافق).
• الحفاظ على المعرفة المحدثة حول منتجات السيارات.
• حل مشاكل العملاء بكفاءة واحترافية.

المؤهلات:

• - شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
• تعتبر الخبرة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة العملاء ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والكمبيوتر (وخاصة أنظمة نقاط البيع).
