Job Title: Marketing Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with hands-on experience in the local Kuwaiti market. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to execute effective campaigns tailored to high-end clients in the architectural and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

• Plan and manage advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on social media platforms.

• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure consistent branding.

• Prepare reports and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

• Manage content creation including promotional materials, social media content, and videos.

• Handle public relations, event planning, and brand partnerships where needed.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within architecture, construction, or real estate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti market and regional trends.

• Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and video editing software.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented.

نبحث عن مسؤول تسويق متحمس وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. المرشح المثالي لديه خلفية قوية في التسويق وخبرة عملية في السوق الكويتي المحلي. يتطلب هذا المنصب تفكيرًا استراتيجيًا وإبداعًا وقدرة على تنفيذ حملات تسويقية فعّالة مصممة خصيصًا للعملاء المتميزين في قطاعي الهندسة المعمارية والإنشاءات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق للترويج لعلامتنا التجارية وخدماتنا.

• تحليل اتجاهات السوق ونشاط المنافسين لتحديد الفرص والتهديدات.

• تخطيط وإدارة الحملات الإعلانية، مع التركيز القوي على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

• التعاون مع فرق التصميم وإدارة المشاريع لضمان تناسق العلامة التجارية.

• إعداد التقارير ومقاييس الأداء لتقييم فعالية الحملة.

• إدارة إنشاء المحتوى بما في ذلك المواد الترويجية ومحتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومقاطع الفيديو.

• التعامل مع العلاقات العامة وتخطيط الفعاليات والشراكات التجارية عند الحاجة.

متطلبات:

• - خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التسويق، ويفضل في مجال الهندسة المعمارية أو البناء أو العقارات.

• درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.

• - معرفة قوية بالسوق الكويتي والاتجاهات الإقليمية.

• خبرة مثبتة في التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والإعلانات المدفوعة.

• إجادة استخدام برامج Adobe Photoshop وMicrosoft Office وبرامج تحرير الفيديو.

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتحليل.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.

• ذو حيلة، منظم، ومهتم بالتفاصيل.
