• Fluency in English

• Arabic speaking preferred

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (9 hours per day)

• Professional demeanor and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist hotel guests with a high level of customer service

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations

• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
