Marketing and Commercial Trainee

About the Role

This is a temporary 12-month contract role for a Marketing and Commercial Trainee at Etoile Group in Kuwait. You'll support both the marketing and buying teams and play a crucial role in day-to-day activities, from digital marketing to store visits. You’ll be gaining valuable experience in various aspects of the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Assist in digital marketing activities including emails, website updates, ad creation, organic social media, and mall social media.

• Coordinate content across brand’s online and digital channels with the Marketing & Brand teams.

• Assist in photoshoots and coordinate with suppliers to schedule shoots.

• Gather marketing activity presentations from malls and create a working document that is updated monthly.

• Support in event planning, supplier coordination, and on-site assistance.

• Provide financial admin support for invoices, POs, quotations, and budget tracking.

• Assist with CRM tasks, including database generation and KPI reporting.

• Create and edit presentations and reports.

• Conduct competitor research and build influencer and supplier databases.

• Handle logistics coordination and courier requests.

Buying:

• Assist with preparing buying sheets.

• Conduct monthly store visits and market analysis on products and prices.

• Regularly check warehouse stock and ensure all items are sent to stores.

• Monitor weekly sell-through rates and highlight out-of-stock and low-sell-through items.

Merchandising:

• Prepare weekly reports for internal use and for the brand.

• Prepare marketing reports as requested.

• Handle ad hoc reports as needed on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong interest in fashion or luxury.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain a UAE residence visa.

• This is a 12-month temporary contract.

• Available to start immediately.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

التسويق:

• مساعدة في الأنشطة التسويقية الرقمية مثل الإيميلات، تحديثات الموقع، إنشاء الإعلانات، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي العضوية، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للمولات.

• تنسيق المحتوى عبر القنوات الرقمية على الإنترنت مع فرق التسويق والعلامات التجارية.

• المساعدة في جلسات التصوير والتنسيق مع الموردين لجدولة التصوير.

• جمع العروض التقديمية للأنشطة التسويقية من المولات وإنشاء مستند عمل يتم تحديثه شهريًا.

• دعم في التخطيط للفعاليات، التنسيق مع الموردين، والمساعدة في الموقع.

• تقديم الدعم الإداري المالي للفواتير، أوامر الشراء، العروض السعرية، وتتبع الميزانية.

• مساعدة في مهام إدارة علاقات العملاء بما في ذلك إنشاء قواعد البيانات وإعداد تقارير الأداء.

• إنشاء وتحرير العروض التقديمية والتقارير.

• إجراء بحوث عن المنافسين وبناء قواعد بيانات المؤثرين والموردين.

• التعامل مع تنسيق اللوجستيات وطلبات البريد.

الشراء:

• المساعدة في إعداد ورقة الشراء.

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية شهرية وتحليل السوق على المنتجات والأسعار.

• التحقق المنتظم من المخزون في المستودعات وضمان إرسال جميع العناصر إلى المتاجر.

• متابعة معدلات البيع الأسبوعية وإبراز العناصر التي نفدت من المخزون أو التي تحتوي على معدل بيع منخفض.

المرئيات:

• إعداد تقارير أسبوعية للاستخدام الداخلي وللعلامة التجارية.

• إعداد تقارير تسويقية عند الطلب.

• التعامل مع التقارير العشوائية المطلوبة بشكل يومي.

المؤهلات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الأعمال، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• اهتمام قوي في الموضة أو الفخامة.

• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel؛ ومعرفة أدوات تحليل البيانات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

المتطلبات الأخرى

• يجب أن يكون لديك تأشيرة إقامة في الإمارات أو القدرة على الحصول عليها.
